Berta focuses on her personal artistic research creating parallel dream worlds. The light of her paintings, abstract landscapes and hyperrealistic figures characterize her work. She plays with chiaroscuro and the direction of the shadows, creating a three-dimensional space on the plane of the canvas. The human figure is the undisputed protagonist and all the play of nuances provided by the abstract painting on which it is based thus enhances it.
